Join our Transcom Family as an FP&A ManagerThis role is responsible for heading financial analysis, insights, profitability management of the account, and management reporting of the region and/or business unit - including cost-saving actions and driving these actions. Reporting to the Managing Director. The primary objective is to direct and provide guidance and leadership to the overall finance function for the business unit including the Financial Planning & Analysis team. Collects and compiles financial data at the business unit level and oversees the preparation of forecasts, financial, budget, and management reporting & analysis. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.

The position requires effective leadership and business execution for the following key focus areas. Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change and expand:

• Delivering timely and accurate monthly and weekly cost reporting.
• Analyzing current expenditure; investigating loss activities.
• Benchmarking activity between clients/sites/operations.
• Effectively managing intercompany costs, charge-backs etc.
• Take the lead on preparation and participation in cost reviews, cost-saving activities, and planning of new business.
• Support accounting team on correct cost booking and cost splitting. Especially between entities.
• Effectively report on and manage SGA in line with current requirements.
• Report against the pricing model to compare actual performance versus predicted, capture learning, and feed into the pricing model.
• Monitor and report against KPIs across all areas and measure efficiency and performance to set expectations and challenges.
• Provide ongoing financial analysis insights and support to the business to drive profitability
• Timely and accurate forecast submission and responsible for annual budget exercise.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

• Have a Bachelor's degree or higher. CPA would be ideal.
• Have at least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. 10 years of experience in a BPO/call center environment is a must
• Experience in a similar senior-level FP&A role in a BPO setting is essential.
• Experience managing C-level stakeholders across multiple geographies is essential.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Experience with SAP & Hyperion would be preferred.
• Responsible for managing client P&L including budgeting, planning & forecasting, and profitability analysis.
