Company Nurse

Provide emergency and palliative care to employees within the legal scope of nursing practice (e.g., administering first aid, monitoring vital signs, conducting health interviews, and dispensing prescribed medications).

Act as the primary health care provider in the absence of the company physician.

Implement health programs and nursing techniques focusing on preventive care, health education, and wellness.

Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and reports.

Support occupational health and safety initiatives, including risk assessment and health surveillance.

Assist in administrative tasks related to employee health and wellness programs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant health regulations.

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.

Minimum of 2 years’ work-related experience in a clinical, occupational, or company nurse setting.

Computer literate (MS Office, electronic medical records systems, etc.).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Willing to relocate to El Salvador City or nearby municipalities.
