About the roleAs the Retail Category Manager at Prince Retail Group of Companies', you will play a crucial role in shaping the product assortment and driving sales performance within your assigned retail categories.

Based in Tipolo Mandaue City Cebu, this full-time position will see you leverage your exceptional category management skills to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.What you'll be doingAnalyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to identify opportunities for category growth and developmentCollaborate with buying and merchandising teams to develop and implement effective category strategies and planogramsNegotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms, pricing and availability of productsMonitor category and product performance, making timely adjustments to inventory and product mixesProvide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-makingDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key vendor partnersWhat we're looking forProven track record of 2+ years' experience in a retail category management or buyer roleStrong commercial acumen and analytical skills to interpret data and identify trendsExcellent negotiation and supplier management capabilitiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills to influence key stakeholdersDegree in Retail, Business, Marketing or a related disciplineFamiliarity with the Retail & Consumer Products industry and buying processesWhat we offerAt Prince Retail Group of Companies', we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling workplace.
