Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate all aspects of the patient intake process, including referrals, registration, and initial appointments.
- Manage scheduling for patients and clinical staff to optimize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Verify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and ensure financial documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain and update patient information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Serve as the main administrative contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on next steps.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care and timely service delivery.
- Monitor patient progress through the care process and assist with follow-up coordination as needed.
- Support compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards in all patient interactions and recordkeeping.
Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Healthcare CampaignMust have experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Records)Excellent organizational and time management skills.Good verbal and written English skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.Ability to adapt to evolving workflows and systemsWilling to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftBenefits
