Job description

As an  Account Coordinator , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless client service and project execution for our valued banking and financial institution clients. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful advertising and marketing campaigns while learning from a collaborative and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Support :  Assist Account Managers in maintaining strong client relationships by serving as a day-to-day contact and responding promptly to client inquiries and requests.
  • Project Management :  Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Research & Insights :  Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategies tailored to the banking and financial sectors.
  • Communication :  Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, status reports, and client updates to keep all stakeholders informed, write copy.
  • Creative Coordination :  Collaborate with creative teams to ensure deliverables align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Data Management :  Organize and track client assets, contracts, and approvals using project management tools.
  • Performance Reporting :  Compile and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Administrative Support :  Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and maintaining project documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, marketing, or client services preferred (internships accepted).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of or interest in the financial services industry is a plus.
