Job descriptionStrong collaboration skills while working with technical SME's, senior leaders, project managers, and business users / stakeholders to drive Oracle HCM architectural solutions. Ability to collaborate and direct work efforts or project deliverables from initiation to completion. Strong sense of ownership in work product and quality of outcome. Ability to understand client expectations and recognize and resolve issues that may affect delivery. Ability to successfully partner with vendors / agencies and internal stakeholders; ability to work within a cross-functional team environment where teams are sometimes located remotely. Strong ability to prioritize and resolve technical issues within the broader project team. Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends and holidays as needed. Develop architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Oracle HCM applications. Provide architectural solutions and designs to implement scalable, secure and high performing Oracle HCM applications. Work closely with Enterprise Architects and Technical Owners to develop applications aligned with the Oracle HCM business strategy. Collaborate on cross-functional agile teams that include Product Owners, QA Engineers and fellow DevOps Software Engineers, monitor progress, and ensure successful project execution. Provide business and technical guidance, designing and implementing solutions, and maintaining Oracle HCM solutions foe HR business users. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. See above for core qualifications; this section repeats with minor differences (Experience in Oracle HCM implementations and Oracle Cloud data models are highlighted). Strong collaboration skills; offshore / onshore experience advantageous. Develop architectural assessments and roadmaps; deliver scalable Oracle HCM solutions. Configuring application, building reports, Integrations and customizations. Experience in standard Oracle HCM Cloud components and modules : Core HR, Recruitment, Absence, Learning, Talent Management. HCM cloud tools – Component processor, HCM Extract, HCM Design studio, HCM data loader, OTBI reporting, BI reporting, Oracle Digital Assistant, workflow etc. At least 1 End-to-End implementation of Oracle HCM cloud (Core HR, ORC, Absence, Performance, Learning). BI / OTBI Reports, HCM extracts, Fast formula and HDL / HSDL; understand business requirements and documentation templates. Experience with HCM Cloud tools and development / testing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; documentation ability. OTL, Payroll, Workflow. Business requirement gathering, solution designing, end-to-end business process understanding, integrations and reporting. Configuration documentation, testing, and functional testing support; BI & OTBI reports; HDL scripts; Fast Formulas. Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, configure and implement Fusion HCM modules (Global HR, Talent Management, Workforce Rewards, Workforce Management, HR Help Desk). Troubleshooting, issue resolution, continuous improvement; create functional design documents; support testing and UAT; user training. 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules. 2 end-to-end implementations. Strong knowledge of HCM processes; excellent communication. Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or related field. Configure Talent Management; support regional implementations; test configurations; user acceptance. Qualifications : Bachelor’s in HR / IT / Business; 2 years in Shared Services or HCM; strong MS Office skills; willing to night shifts and PH holidays.

- 4-year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or relational functional field) and / or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
- 5+ years with SDLC process, model creation and maintenance of flow diagrams, communicating and collaboration in enterprise Oracle HCM platforms (PaaS, SaaS) and environments.
- 7-10 years experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge in Core HCM, Performance, Recruiting, and Compensation modules.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM architecture and integration.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud data models in HCM
- Knowledge of SQL tuning and best practices for HCM extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI.
- Familiarity with systems integration, security, user provisioning and single sign-on technologies.
- Foundational knowledge in AI / ML is desirable
