Function
The purpose of the position is to assist the Operations Team in all areas of administrative support with a focus on reporting, data entry, data remediation and document uplifts
Principal Accountabilities
The Operations Support Officer will focus on four key areas, being reporting data, remediation work, accreditations, and business documents uplift (registers, policies, procedures).
The role will be responsible and accountable for items including; but not limited to; the following :
Reporting, including end of month commission reportCredit, settlements & accreditation data remediationTreasury data remediationSupplier, dealer & broker accreditationAssisting in policy & process guide development and upliftRegister maintenanceIdentify opportunities for automation / digitalizationProvide Operational Support for ad-hoc tasks and projects as requiredKnowledge
Preferred :
Sound knowledge and understanding of lending practices, processes and procedures.Knowledge of the non-banking and asset finance sectors.Experience
