Skin Sales Consultant

Job Summary :

The Skin Sales Consultant is responsible for providing expert product knowledge and

personalized skincare consultations to clients. This role focuses on driving retail sales of

skincare products and aesthetic treatments by understanding client needs, recommending

suitable products, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction

and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Consultation & Sales

A. Greet clients warmly and establish rapport to understand their skincare concerns and

goals.

B. Conduct thorough skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare products and

aesthetic treatments.

C. Explain product benefits, usage instructions, and potential results clearly to clients.

D. Achieve individual and clinic retail sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.

E. Handle client inquiries, objections, and follow-up communications professionally.

A. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all skincare products, treatment protocols, and

industry trends.

B. Assist in product merchandising and inventory management to ensure availability and

proper display.

C. Participate in product training sessions and share insights with the team.

A. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and

personalized care.

B. Encourage client participation in promotions, loyalty programs, and referrals.

C. Document client interactions, preferences, and feedback accurately in the CRM

system.

A. Work closely with aestheticians, doctors, and clinic staff to coordinate client care.

B. Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

C. Contribute to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional clinic environment.

Key Metrics for Success :

A. Sales performance (daily / monthly targets)

B. Consultation-to-conversion rate

C. Repeat client rate and package renewals

D. Client satisfaction and feedback

E. Product and treatment upsell ratio

Salary Range

Php 25,000- 30,000 salary
