About the role

As a Sales Associate at Best Reliable Resources', you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Responsible for serving customers in our Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City location, you will be the friendly face that helps clients find the perfect products and solutions to meet their needs.

What you'll be doing

Provide friendly, knowledgeable and attentive customer service to all clients

Actively listen to customer requirements and make product recommendations to meet their needs

Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash and card payments, and provide receipts

Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked sales floor

Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and store sales targets

Participate in product training to stay up-to-date with the latest offerings

Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional manner

What we're looking for

Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve shared goals

Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills and products

Basic numeracy and cash handling skills
