Job Overview
In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the successful operation of our People technologies and tools, specifically Workday HCM, Absence Management, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits, Payroll and Workday Help. Youll be focused on responding to People technology cases related to systems enhancements, continuous improvements, functionality changes and business as usual requests that will drive efficiencies throughout our People Function.
In this role youll be primarily focused on managing requests and queries focused around Workdays support solutions in HCM, Absence Management, Payroll, Time Tracking and Benefits, with opportunities to lead continuous improvement system enhancements with the goal of reducing operational overheads. We are live on Workday globally and are constantly rolling out new features within Workday to improve the overall user experience, so we have a very exciting continuous improvement backlog and roadmap for you to work with.
Job Description
Act as subject matter expert for Workday support topics
Respond and resolve Workday related tickets, primarily within HCM, Absence Management, Payroll, Time Tracking and Benefits modules
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,
HR Management or related field
Extensive experience in Workday data conversion and EIBs
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, being comfortable with complex formulae and managing large volumes of data
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Able to work hybrid
Able to work CET
Able to work PH Holiday when necessary
