Base pay range

$75.00 / hr - $75.00 / hr

What You Will Be Doing

• Designing and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, affiliate / community) with clear KPIs and lead acquisition targets.
• Developing and curating impactful content (blogs, emails, guides, social media) to guide parents from awareness to enrollment.
• Establishing and expanding affiliate and parent‑ambassador programs to consistently generate qualified leads.
• Managing the quarterly marketing calendar, objectives, and KPI framework, while reporting on outcomes and enhancements.
• Evaluating channel effectiveness, experimenting with messaging / offers, and optimizing ROI each cycle.

Working with us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD / hour, which equates to $150,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
