JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MARKETING MANAGER
Work Set-up : Hybrid
Schedule : 6 : 30 am to 3 : 00 pm / 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm
Salary : Php 100,000 to 150,000
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our internal marketing efforts and bring Boomering’s story to life.
This role is for someone who doesn’t just think in campaigns but sees marketing as a tool to build relationships, elevate our brand, and connect authentically with both local and international audiences.
You’ll work together with the Leadership Team to define and amplify our brand voice, ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints, and position Boomering as a leader in simple, smart, and humanized outsourcing solutions.
This is a role for someone who’s ready to build, collaborate, and make a long-term impact not just run ads and post on social media.
Responsibilities as Marketing Manager :
I. Strategic Brand Leadership
i. Define and own Boomering’s marketing strategy, ensuring all activities ladder up to measurable business objectives.
ii. Align SEO, paid media, content, design, and brand initiatives into a cohesive growth plan.
Establish and manage clear KPIs (MQLs, BQLs, website traffic, conversions, campaign ROI).
iii. Champion Boomering’s brand voice by amplifying, not reinventing, our identity.
II. Marketing Execution & Growth
i. Oversee tactical implementation of campaigns (digital, offline, and events) while ensuring strategic intent is clear and measurable.
ii. Manage marketing calendar, ensuring on-time, high-quality execution.
iii. Drive inbound lead generation strategies and collaborate with Lead Gen and Account Management to feed a healthy, qualified pipeline.
iv. Optimize marketing funnels, channels, and nurturing campaigns from awareness to conversion.
III. Ownership, Reporting & Accountability
i. Fully own outcomes, not just activities.
ii. Create and maintain a marketing scorecard, reporting proactively to leadership on progress, gaps, and opportunities.
iii. Lead data-driven decision-making, ensuring transparency on results.
iv. Take initiative to understand Boomering’s business model, tone, and values before proposing strategies.
IV. Culture, Communication & Collaboration
i. Deeply align all marketing efforts with Boomering’s core values : Service, Transparency, Excellence, and Partnership.
ii. Communicate strategy clearly to non-marketing stakeholders.
iii. Collaborate with the whole internal team to ensure marketing supports company-wide goals.
iv. Respect decision rights and escalate appropriately when needed.
V. Industry Visibility & Brand Advocacy
i. Represent Boomering in relevant industry events, partnerships, and webinars to elevate our profile.
ii. Champion storytelling initiatives that reflect the heart of Boomering : our people, our clients, and our impact.
iii. Build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
