CertIfied Plant Mechanics

We are looking for a Certified Plant Mechanic (CPM) to install, inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment used in industrial plants, manufacturing facilities, or building systems. The ideal candidate must be technically skilled, safety-oriented, and able to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance to ensure the continuous operation of machinery and plant systems.

Qualifications

Must be a PRC-licensed Certified Plant Mechanic (valid license required)

TESDA NC II or higher in Mechanical or related field is a plus

At least 2–3 years of experience in machinery maintenance, mechanical repair, or plant operations

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, compressors, piping systems, motors, and HVAC equipment

Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and technical specifications

Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment

Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures

Familiar with occupational safety and health standards (OSH) and proper lockout / tagout procedures

Good physical condition and able to work in industrial or high-temperature environments

Willing to work in shifts or extended hours if required
