Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will :

Handle inbound customer inquiries for international accounts

Provide accurate information and excellent customer support

Resolve concerns professionally via phone and / or digital channels

Document interactions using company tools and systems

Work in a fast-paced, supportive BPO environment

Minimum Qualifications

Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects); OR

Senior High School (K-12) graduate – New Curriculum; OR

High School graduate (Old Curriculum) with at least 6 months BPO experience (International Account)

No call center experience required for college-level and SHS graduates

Good communication skills in English

Willing to work onsite at Ibex Silver City Pasig
