Architect (Technical Interview Evaluator) | Permanent WFH

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Architect to join our team as a Technical Evaluator Manager, focusing on interviewing and assessing candidates for architectural roles based in the Philippines. This position combines architectural expertise with strong interpersonal and evaluative skills to ensure we recruit top talent.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of hands-on architectural experience and possess a deep understanding of the skills and knowledge required for success in the industry. Your role will include conducting technical interviews, evaluating candidates’ portfolios, and providing detailed assessments to aid the selection process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews for Architects based in the Philippines.
• Evaluate candidate portfolios, work samples, and technical proficiency.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and key evaluation criteria.
• Assess candidates’ skills, expertise, and alignment with project goals and company culture.
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations on candidates.
• Stay updated on architectural trends and industry standards to ensure relevant evaluations.
