The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable(AP).
  • Prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Handle payroll processing.
  • Liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage remote work effectively.

Ideal Profile

  • Partly or fully completed CIMA, ACCA, CA, or similar qualification.
  • Perfect attention to detail with 100% accuracy in work.
  • Very fast, efficient, and effective in completing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Self-driven with strong work ethics.
  • Ability to learn quickly, both independently and with guidance from managers.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and social skills.
  • Online and remote working experience.
  • Pleasant and sociable personality that immediately win the trust and respect of clients and colleagues.
  • Minimum 4+ years of extensive experience in Finance and Commercial roles, including AR & AP, encompassing the following ‘Five Core Competencies’ :
  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in AR, AP, and Payroll.
  • High-level efficiency and accuracy in processing AR & AP for multiple clients with strict deadlines.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Final Accounts (Month / Year-end, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) and management reporting.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in verbally presenting reports to senior managers.
  • At least 1 year of experience directly liaising with overseas clients in high-standard workplaces in developing countries(Australia, UK, USA, Canada) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent English skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
  • Self-disciplined and able to work from home while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Capable of performing under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Dedicated to providing clients with exceptional service and ensuring client retention.
  • Commercial experience is a must.
