We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is strategic, creative, and results-driven . This role is for someone who does more than just post content—it is for a community builder, brand storyteller, and growth driver .
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
- This role focuses on organic social media growth, community engagement, and influencer collaborations . The primary goal is to build an engaged audience that drives measurable business results .
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- The success of this role will be measured by five key metrics :
- Audience Growth : Achieve a 10% monthly increase in followers across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
- Engagement Rate : Maintain an engagement rate of 5% or higher across all platforms.
- User-Generated Content (UGC) & Influencer Impact : Increase UGC submissions by 25% quarterly and drive 50+ affiliate-generated sales per month .
- Community Management & Brand Sentiment : Respond to 95%+ of inquiries / comments within 24 hours while maintaining a 95%+ positive sentiment score .
- Traffic & Sales : Generate 10,000+ website visits per month and contribute to revenue growth through organic social strategies.
- This role does not focus on paid advertising. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with the performance marketing team, but their primary focus will be organic content creation, engagement, and influencer partnerships .
