Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of the O&M Framework and overall Asset Management Strategies to maximize reliability, availability, and asset lifecycle value.
- Drive Digitalization Initiatives , including the Digital Twin Initiative (Project Genesis) and the implementation / improvement of the CMMS (Project APEX) and LIMSS.
- Oversee all maintenance programs (minor / major outages, planning, stage gates) and optimize plant productivity and efficiency through special projects.
- Establish Reliability Programs such as SPOF (Single Point of Failure) management, spare parts control, and lead Threats to Generation discussions.
- Provide Governance for incident learning, including RCA / CPAR application, and cascade findings via Engineering Directives.
- Manage O&M Project Portfolio and conduct Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR) for all future plants (iROC interconnection).
- Define Technical Standards by studying and implementing applicable Operations Technology (OT) , best practices, and standards.
- Lead Technical Expertise by creating and maintaining the Team of Experts (S-TOE) across technologies (Hydro, Wind, Solar, BESS).
- Collaborate Strategically with the CTO, Plant Managers, and external partners (AP, Scatec) on asset management, technology strategies, and compliance.
- Assess new Business Development opportunities by leading technical studies and providing engineering inputs for brownfield acquisitions.
- Ensure Compliance with all regulations and manage / mitigate all associated operational risks.
- Drive Organizational Development by creating Training Needs Assessments (TNA) / succession planning for the maintenance team and building stakeholder partnerships.

At least 15 years engineering experience in hydropower plant industry, with 7 years in executive level position.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required, MBA preferred
