Job descriptionOversee the day-to-day operations of the IT development team, ensuring adherence to project timelines as well as uptime, stability, and security of systems and infrastructure. Deliver the IT roadmap in alignment with company strategy, ensuring milestones are met and resources are effectively allocated. Lead initiatives to improve data management, including structuring, storage, processing, and analytics, to enhance audit accuracy and efficiency. Ensure IT systems comply with all relevant regulations, data privacy laws, and industry best practices, particularly in the context of online gambling compliance. Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimisation of IT tools, platforms, and environments to support operational excellence. Oversee IT recruitment processes, including defining role requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting technical assessments, and ensuring the selection of talent that aligns with both the companys technical needs and compliance-driven culture. Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and processes, implementing upgrades and enhancements where needed. Collaborate with department heads to understand technology needs and ensure IT services meet operational requirements. Manage IT budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective investments in hardware, software, and services. Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect company and client data. Build and maintain relationships with external technology providers, vendors, and regulatory technology partners. Support innovation initiatives, identifying emerging technologies that can improve efficiency, compliance, and market competitiveness.

Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas and Makati
Day shift and salary will be based on experience
Must have at least 10+ years of experience in IT management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
JOB COMPETENCIES / SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Masters degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Proven track record in delivering IT roadmaps and managing large-scale technology projects.
- Experience in the online gaming, fintech, or similarly regulated industries preferred
- Strong expertise in data management, including database architecture, data governance, and analytics.
- In-depth understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity practices.
- Experience working within compliance-related or compliance-focused industries.
