About the role

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our diverse range of office products and services. Based in our Mandaluyong City office, you will play a vital role in the continued success and growth of our company.
What you'll be doing
Engage with customers, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their specific needs and recommend the most suitable office solutions
Demonstrate and present our range of office equipment, including printers, copiers, and related accessories
Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product portfolio, pricing, and promotions
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive, customer-centric environment
