FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Job Qualifications :

Bachelors Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

With valid PRC license

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field, with a strong understanding of equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Experience in team leadership and managing a small to medium-sized group of technicians, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance on technical issues.

Proven track record in preventive and corrective maintenance operations, including the ability to plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities effectively to minimize downtime.

Hands-on experience in inventory management, particularly spare parts monitoring and

procurement, ensuring availability of critical materials for maintenance work.

Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc., Laguna Technopark, Santa Rosa for Direct Hire.
