Facilities and Utilities Specialist

The Facilities and Utilities Specialist shall be responsible in collating, documenting and updating reports related to Facilities Development and Utilities tasks / job orders.

General Duties and Responsibilities 1.

Create, collate and update MaintainX entries regularly 2.

Assist Facilities Dev.

And Utilities officer on all branch requests 3.

Support Fac.

Dev and Utilities Officer branch and supplier’s coordination 4.

Create and publish reports related to Facilities Dev and Utilities- PMS Calendar etc.

5.

Facilitate required permits and gate pass for works in clinic inside the mall.

6.

Performs other / additional tasks required by the immediate superior Education : graduate of Architecture, engineering or any related BS degree Experience : With at least 1 year intensive work experience related to Facilities And Utilities Maintenance works The Belo Medical Group (BMG) places utmost importance to your right to privacy.
