Job Description :

Summary of Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for transport management deliverables for the location.

Manage fleet operations including employee shuttles, last-mile movement, asset transport, and ad hoc requirements for all sites.

Review utilization and incorporate changes based on usage trends, public transport availability, and headcount.

Evaluate and determine the most efficient routes and methods.

Handle vendor management, including acquiring quotes, evaluating, negotiating, and shortlisting vendors, and coordinating with the procurement team.

Coordinate with vendors for vehicle deployment, ensuring timely invoice submission and payment.

Conduct periodic vendor assessments and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Handle employee grievances related to fleet management.

Ensure legal compliance, permits, registrations, and insurance are in place.

Manage Shell Fleet Cards refilling and maintain petty cash for incidental expenses.

Ensure appropriate rostering of vehicles, considering number coding where applicable.

Identify cost gaps and implement controls for cost savings.

Ensure accurate data entry of all trip and log sheets.

Be familiar with geography and vehicle routing as needed.

Provide amenities such as drinking water, tissue paper, and face masks to end customers in special booking cases.

Develop and implement current transport policies to meet company needs and exceed internal customer expectations.

Report information security incidents, including suspected viruses, immediately.

Ensure critical data is backed up and inform technology as required.

Safekeep vehicle maintenance records (Sitel-owned and partner vehicles).

Ensure timely transport of employees, clients, and leaders.

Prepare reports as required by management or stakeholders and assist in developing and implementing transportation policies and procedures.

Adhere to special tasks assigned related to fleet management as directed by supervisors or management.
