Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in, Finance / Accountancy, preferably CPA, semi or full professional qualification in ACCA / CPA (but not required) At Least 4 years of working experience preferably with prior External Audit experience. Working knowledge in Corporate Taxation, Witholding tax and VAT policies and processes. Must be able to prepare full-set of accounts, financial and management reporting, cashflow reports, budgets and forecast.
Job Descriptions :
- To ensure the monthly and yearly accounts closing process are in order, corporate reporting are completed on a timely basis and accurate
- To prepare VAT & WHT submission on a monthly basis.
- To review and ensure the accounts payable and receivable are updated and follow up on a constant basis
- To ensure staffs claims , petty cash are process on time and in accordance to staffs policies
- To ensure intercompany transactions are reconciled
- To ensure all expenses are recorded into proper department and accurate accounts coding
- Handle fixed assets and disposal, insurance coverage , lease accounting IFS16
- To liaise with external auditors and tax agent or bankers
- Perform ad-hoc job related duties and functions as assigned from time to time by management.
