Job descriptionBachelor's Degree holder. At least 5 years experience in HR Governance Familiarity with HR-related requirements of BSP and DOLE Must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
Job Summary
The HR Governance Manager will be responsible in the compliance of HR-related reportorial requirements of BSP and DOLE; and in the development / updating of HR-related policies arising from statutory ordinances that have bank-wide impact.
Responsibilities
- Liases with other HR Units in the roll-out and / or implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Develops and updates HR policies and procedures (i.e., statutory ordinances, employment laws,etc)
- Act as the Compliance Officer for Privacy for HR.
