Property Architect

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Prepare progress reports for the manager and the unit / owner.
• Attend regular or scheduled site visits to assess the unit before inviting contractors / suppliers for the actual inspection.
• Review the cost proposals submitted by contractors / suppliers before sending them to the unit / owner or tenant.
• Acting as the link between unit owners, tenants, and the team.
• Ensure that the chosen contractor / supplier fulfills good quality work.
• Prior to turnover, evaluate the contractor / supplier's overall completion of the work.
• Managing and developing project schedules and carrying them out according to the mutually agreed-on timeline.

Qualifications :

▪ Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture

▪ Licensure Board Exam for Architecture passer or non-passer but with at least 1 year of working experience in related field (Project, Construction and Facilities Management)

▪ Must have an experience on at least one of the following Project Development Phases / Stages : Planning and Design, General Construction, and Building / Equipment Operation and Maintenance.

▪ Must be computer literate

▪ Customer-oriented

▪ Results-oriented

▪ Must be hardworking, resourceful and innovative

▪ Can work with minimal supervision

▪ Can start ASAP
