Your role
As a Telesales, you will :
Contact existing inactive customers using scripts to collect feedback on the company’s service
Convert 30 or more inactive customers daily and ensure they carry out transactions
Document and follow up on customer feedback
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Customer Support Leads
What You Need : Non-negotiables :
Proven 1–2 years of experience as a telesales representative or in another sales / customer service role
Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Emotional intelligence and professionalism when providing constructive performance feedback to team members.
Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills to develop meaningful strategies that improve service quality
Goal- and results-oriented mindset
