Job descriptionLong-term role with growth opportunities Ongoing training and development in Australian building standards Collaborative work environment with feedback and mentorship Opportunity to work on diverse residential projects and custom home designs Manage all sales-related administrative tasks after the building deposit is received. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (design, drafting, and construction). Update and maintain client records , project files, and documentation in an organized manner. Handle email correspondence , scheduling, and calendar management for internal and client meetings. Assist with data entry, invoicing, and payment follow-ups as required. Provide front-line customer service , responding promptly to inquiries via phone and email. Track and document project progress and client communications for internal reporting. (Optional) Support sales-related activities , such as preparing quotes, monitoring leads, and maintaining CRM data. Proven experience in customer service, administration, or sales support , preferably within construction, architecture, or property development . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills . Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace ; experience with CRM tools is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. A proactive, team-oriented individual who thrives on collaboration and client satisfaction. Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule :
- 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm AEST (includes 1hr unpaid break)
- Client Timezone : Australian Time
Role Overview :
We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support the company’s growing client base and ensure a seamless experience once building deposits are received. This role bridges communication between clients, internal design teams, and operations — ensuring that every project runs smoothly from deposit to completion.
