Service Crew

The Hiring Hub OPC is now looking for an energetic and customer-focused Service Crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience

Responsibilities :

Process orders, handle transactions accurately, and manage cash and card payments.

Prepare and serve products according to company standards and quality control procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the store, including the counter, dining area, and restrooms.

Restock supplies, manage inventory, and assist with receiving deliveries.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and food handling standards.
