Job Description :
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling medical laboratory analyzers and related products to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories. The role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective product presentations and customer service.
The ideal candidate is dynamic, persuasive, and knowledgeable in medical science, with a proven background in field sales and a strong commitment to meeting client needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell medical laboratory analyzers and related products to healthcare institutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to achieve targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the technical team when needed.
- Represent the company in trade shows, exhibits, and client meetings.
Qualifications :
Male or Female, not more than 35 years old.Graduate of any medical science–related course (e.g., Medical Technology, Biology, Nursing, or equivalent).At least 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably handling medical laboratory analyzers.Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Goal-driven, confident, and able to work independently.Willing to travel for client visits and product demonstrations.
