Qualifications :

  • Must be graduate of Bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
  • Must be PRC license of Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
  • At least 6 months and up working experience in the related field specializing in building / facility management.
  • Must have good technical and management skills & deep understanding in mall / retail industry is a plus.
  • Amenable to work 6x a week, during holiday and to work longer hours if needed.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

    • Job Summary :

  • Ensures all store facilities and equipment of the building are in good working conditions at all times.
  • Implements standard maintenance program, with the emphasis on planning / schedule and preventive / predictive maintenance.
  • Communicates with supervisory personnel to discuss and resolve matters related to maintenance & safety
  • Respond to tenant and customer needs regarding technical matters.
  • Attends to lessees’ complaints or requests on maintenance services.
  • Supervises closely all contractual agency workers and other maintenance service contractors.
  • Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
