Job descriptionGraduate of Bachelors Degree in any courses. With experience as Purchasing Staff is a plus. Must be knowledgeable in MS Application such as Word and Excel. Can able to do multi-tasking, with analytical skills and initiative. With good oral and written communication skills.
Job Description :
- Compiles all requests and Purchase Orders from all departments
- Maintains purchasing records
- Coordinates logistics
- Obtains competitive bids from suppliers
- Research potential suppliers
- Tracks orders and ensures timely delivery
- Follows up all pending request & orders
- Compare and evaluates suppliers
- Reports any damage or faulty products / orders
- Maintains good supplier relations
- Maintains all required documentation
- Prepares purchasing reports
