FINANCE ANALYST

The ideal candidate needs to have excellent organizational skills, strong analytical thinking and great numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis based on actual and forecasted data.
• Prepare relevant financial models and reports using IBM Planning Analytics TM1, as required by the management and the head office.
• Assist the FP&A Lead in all relevant financial planning and analysis functions, including but not limited to report preparations, variance analysis, budget preparations and finalization, forecasting and budgeting, and other FP&A-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of underlying financial data for management reporting, performing completeness checking and practicing professional skepticism at all times.
• Prepare debit notes including supporting details for billing charges to Tech COE affiliates, including monitoring of postings made by affiliates to the system.
• Prepare cost allocation files to support advance billings to affiliates, including monitoring of postings made by affiliates to the system.
• Provide support to FP&A-related projects, including but not limited to process efficiencies, internal controls, and internal and external process improvements.
• Coordinate with other finance functions and other departments in resolving reconciling items.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
