Job descriptionChecks and monitors company's compliance to Food Safety and HACCP Standards that include but not limited to Cleanliness and Sanitation, Product Quality in the production area and overall good warehousing practices Keeps a daily monitoring record of pertinent documents for Food Safety and HACCP Compliance Works together with Operations team to assess product problems and brainstorm solutions Inspects production machinery and employee's personal hygiene to make sure the production process runs smoothly Writes production plans that minimize risk of mistakes during production Estimates time involved in assuring each product's quality Writes and reviews testing plans Performs stress tests that expose the product to increased temperature, vibration, and humidity Investigates causes of defects that occur during the testing phase Assess whether employees need training to prevent mistakes during production Suggests improvements to company infrastructure and processes to prevent future mistakes during production Communicates with Operations Head about existing defects and how to prevent them in future products Communicates with admin & operations departments to coordinate scheduling for QA testing Reports discovered defects to all relevant departments for correction Applies technical skills related to the product being tested (knowledge of programming languages to software QA, knowledge of machinery for hardware, etc.) Conforms to regulations and international standards when it comes to testing and quality assurance Also acts as maintenance officer that facilitates periodic checking and does scheduling of preventive maintenance from external service provider for company's vehicle, building infrastructure such as AC Units and other company's property and equipment. Performs other tasks as may be required from time to time
