We handle all aspects of our lending products in the Philippines, from conceptualization and design to development and management.Get to Know the RoleThe Head of Commercial for Lending in the Philippines will oversee commercial targets across consumer and SME segments, define product rollout and go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with regional teams to co-create future lending products.

You will maintain and develop external partnerships to strengthen our PayLater offerings.

This role offers a chance to lead in financial services innovation.You will report directly to the Director of Deliveries, Lending & Strategy and be based at our Ortigas office with flexible working arrangements.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformDrive commercial targets across consumer (drivers and passengers) and SME lending segments.Manage relationships with external partners.Source and establish new partnerships to enhance PayLater offerings.Collaborate with internal teams such as Risk, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Customer Experience to drive strategic initiatives.Lead discussions on opportunities and risk management.Develop and test promotional and marketing campaigns to meet business goals.Review campaign effectiveness with cross-functional teams to derive insights.Ensure accurate management reporting.Manage customer engagement frameworks, including surveys and focus groups.Identify and pursue growth opportunities in collaboration with product teams, focusing on acquisition, retention, and engagement.Coordinate with regional product and tech teams to shape the product roadmap and grow the business through financial solutions.What Essential Skills You Will NeedAt least 10+ years of experience in financial services, with 7+ years in a leadership or commercial role focused on lending.Experience in digital lending businesses.Proven ability to manage partnerships and drive business growth.Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.About Grab and Our WorkplaceGrab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, providing services from food delivery to financial management and transportation.
