• Perform sample preparation and loading / unloading of samples in the equipment.
• Inspects reliability qualification samples based on the specified reliability qual plan.
• Loads and unloads samples to and from environmental test equipment.
• Track lot progress in RelOps, OpCenter,Promis, Camstar, RLMS, Rel Dashboard and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare, endorse, and retrieves samples for electrical testing.
• Performs archiving of samples and documents of completed lots and Rel Projects.
• Assist in the preparation of boards to be used for Rel stress as requested by Rel Engineers
• Maintains good housekeeping of workstations and lab area all the time.
• Comply to company policies and other industry standard requirements.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Reliability Lab Manager
