Job descriptionResponsible for the documentation and processing of orders in the US warehouse and Liaises with Customer Service and other departments to resolve order concerns. Performs projects such as pre-processing, purchasing shipping of items, and changing package Files and reconciles FBA lost / damage reimbursement claims. Processes returns and refunds. Monitors and tracks orders. Updates warehouse-related trackers and spreadsheets. Creates, modifies, troubleshoots, and updates robots used in the warehouse. Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts is an advantage
- Good at data entry and data analysis
- At least 1 year of experience in analyzing data or generating reports using MS Excel
- Confident in speaking American English and good at writing emails
- Ability to multitask
- Good knowledge of how to use the computer and navigate the internet
- Great contributor even on matters outside his / her scope
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Willing to work on-site at night shifts
