Job description

A leading retail company in the Philippines seeks a Corporate Counsel responsible for ensuring compliance in commercial transactions and legal documentation. The ideal candidate will provide legal advice, support contract negotiations, and liaise with regulatory agencies. Candidates must be admitted to the Philippine bar with at least 5 years of PQE in a law firm or in-house role, preferably in retail or FMCG.
