We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Customer Service Representatives to join our team in providing top-tier support for a leading Medical Healthcare Insurance account. As the first point of contact, you will assist clients with inquiries related to health insurance coverage, benefits, claims, and general customer service concerns. This is an onsite role based in Makati City, with a supportive work environment and exciting employee benefits.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 to 6 months experience
- Must be at least a K-12 Graduate or 2nd year completed in college
- Must be a College Graduate (for No BPO Exp)
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in a call center / BPO setting
- Required : Minimum 3 to 6 months call center experience
- Preferred : Background in Healthcare or Health Insurance accounts
