1. Music Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development
- Designs and implements end-to-end marketing and promotional campaigns for artist releases (singles, EPs, albums), tours, and brand collaborations.
- Conducts consumer, brand, and product research to inform campaign direction and positioning.
- Monitors and analyzes market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Creates tailored, multi-platform marketing strategies (digital, radio, PR, TV, OOH, influencer marketing) for each artist or release.
- Develops detailed release rollout timelines and ensures cross-functional coordination across departments.
- Collaborates closely with A&R, artist management, labels, and creative teams to ensure marketing strategies align with the artistic vision and business goals.
- Acts as the primary liaison between artists and internal teams, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all promotional activities.
2. Advertising & Promotions
Leads the development of advertising and promotional strategies to support music releases across print, digital, radio, and broadcast media.Secures media placements, artist guestings, features, interviews, playlisting, and radio airplay to boost exposure.Builds and maintains strong relationships with media partners, influencers, content creators, DJs, and press.Oversees negotiations with media agencies and external vendors to execute high-impact campaigns within budget.Conceptualizes and leads fan activation campaigns, promotional tours, and experiential marketing efforts.Champions out-of-the-box, visually compelling creative assets for campaigns.Establishes and maintains a network of sponsors, media partners, and creative collaborators for cross-promotional and co-branded opportunities.Manages campaign budgets and ensures accurate tracking of spending, ROI, and performance metrics.3. Digital and Social Media Integration
Collaborates with the Head of Digital to align marketing efforts with social media strategies, paid digital ads, and content initiatives.Shares marketing plans for implementation across digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and platform-specific optimization.Leverages digital analytics and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies in real time.4. Leadership, Administration, and Team Management
Leads and mentors a team of marketing, promotions, and social media specialists to foster creativity, collaboration, and performance.Supervises day-to-day activities and ensures timely delivery of all campaign components and administrative requirements.Approves and reviews key documents related to campaign execution, budget releases, and third-party collaborations.Builds strong relationships with digital streaming platforms (DSPs), media networks, and key industry stakeholders to support artist and label objectives.Drives a culture of innovation and accountability within the team.Performs additional related duties as required to support overall music marketing goals.Performs other tasks assigned from time to time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
