Accounting Head

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Accounting Head to oversee the financial health and strategy of our growing IT company. The successful candidate will lead the accounting team in managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights that support business growth. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and audits
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and government reporting requirements
• Monitor internal controls and implement best practices in financial management
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting team members
• Improve accounting systems and processes to support scalability and efficiency
• Coordinate with internal departments to align on financial policies and goals Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related Business course
• CPA is an advantage but not required
• 5–10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong background in budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing
• Solid knowledge of Philippine tax laws and compliance
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism in financial dealings Salary : Php70,000 - Php75,000(Negotiable depending on experience)
