Job description

Staff4Me is seeking a skilled Sup Admin specializing in Reporting to enhance our data management capabilities. This role will involve using advanced reporting tools to help the organization make informed decisions based on accurate and timely data. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in data analysis, report generation, and database management to drive actionable insights across various departments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, create, and maintain reports and dashboards that present data in an understandable and actionable format.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs for various reporting purposes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by performing regular data quality checks and validation processes.
  • Utilize reporting tools and software, such as SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms, to analyze and visualize complex datasets.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and assist in developing data models that support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Train team members on reporting tools and best practices to foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources and optimize reporting processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in data reporting and analytics to implement innovative solutions.

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
  • Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills to convey complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with ETL processes is a plus.
