The Store Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the daily operations of the store. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that products are properly stocked and displayed.
Responsibilities : Customer Service :
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information about products, promotions, and policies.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and efficiency.
Sales and Upselling :
Actively engage in selling products and achieving sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
Merchandising / Stock Management :
Receive and check incoming stock against invoices.
Ensure proper shelving, organization, and display of merchandise.
Monitor and report on stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
