IT Engineer / System Administrator

We are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Engineer / System Administrator to join our dynamic team in our Warsaw office or Metro Manila office! Responsibilities :

• Resolving reported network and system setup problems.
• Providing appropriate documentation on the reported issues.
• Taking ownership of technical issues and having a strong desire to find and fix root causes.
• Working for internal customers within his / her own team, or with other teams to set up new system and network environments.
• Enhancing infrastructure with senior engineer supervision in the network and server area.
• Analysing problems and identify solutions.
• Own the implementation and life-cycle for new internal projects.
• Keeping network and system configuration and documentation up to date.
• Providing training / onboarding calls.
• Keeping up to date with the latest technology products.
