Qualifications :
1. Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management or a similar role.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Hotel Management or a similar role.
3. Strong understand of Hotel management best practices and data entry software.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
6. Near Quiapo Manila
Tasks and Responsibilities :
1. Wanders around the property to ensure that the guest and employee are properly handled.
2. Assists the Hotel Manager in his / her responsibility for all activities of the Hotel.
3. Assists the Hotel Manager in organizing, directing, and coordinating the activities of the Hotel.
4. Ensures that the team members adhere to all policies and procedures established by the company.
5. Ensures effective communication within the hotel and with all other sections and departments.
6. Handles guest complaints, comments, and ensures communication to the Hotel Manager.
7. Ensures that the highest standard of guest service is maintained and recommends to the Hotel Manager for any suggestions for improvement.
8. Assumes other duties assigned by the Hotel Manager from time to time and handles all section matters in his / her absence.
9. Deals with the issues that may arise as a result of staff misbehavior.
10. Recommend and execute management policies to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, recall, discharge, re-assign, or discipline employees.
11. Carry out other related tasks requested by management as the need arises.
