As the Workplace Manager, you will lead a team of 5 team members and take ownership of our company events calendarbig or small, from team-building sessions to company-wide celebrations. Think of yourself as our in-house Employee Engagement Champion with strong roots in events and customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a front office team of 5
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of internal events and engagement activities
- Maintain a vibrant, well-organized, and welcoming workplace environment
- Collaborate with leadership and departments to understand and address employee engagement needs
- Develop event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Act as the first point of contact for workplace experience and office coordination
- Ensure a high standard of front office and customer service excellence
Qualifications :
At least 5 years of experience in events management , with 2+ years in a people management roleStrong background in customer service or front office operationsDemonstrated success in managing internal company events or employee engagement initiativesExcellent organizational and communication skillsA proactive, team-first attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
