Position : OFFICE-BASED SALES STAFF

Salary : 16k

Position Overview :

The Office-Based Sales Staff is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, promoting products / services, and providing excellent support to clients through office-based operations (calls, emails, or walk-ins). This role requires good communication skills, sales ability, and customer service focus.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from customers

Promote and explain products / services to clients clearly and persuasively

Prepare quotations, process orders, and assist in documentation

Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounting, customer service) to ensure smooth transactions

Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships

Qualifications :

At least 1 year working experience in sales, customer service, or related role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Computer literate (MS Office)

Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and proactive

Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
