We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support day-to-day finance tasks including invoice processing, reconciliations, and report generation. Candidates must be graduates of Accounting, Finance, or any business-related course and have at least 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting support role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
Maintain accurate records of expenses, income, and other financial data
Reconcile bank statements and monitor account balances
Prepare and update financial reports, spreadsheets, and summaries
Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of government contributions
File and organize financial documents for audits and internal reviews
Communicate with vendors or internal departments regarding payment queries
