The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and releasing items. Ensures all products are properly handled, recorded, and delivered on time. Maintains accurate inventory, clean storage areas, and smooth coordination with other departments.
Qualifications :
Graduate of any Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related course (college level acceptable)
At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations
Knowledgeable in inventory control, stock monitoring, and document handling
Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with inventory systems or forms
Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Physically fit and willing to perform manual checking and supervision
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
Supervise and lead warehouse staff in daily tasks such as receiving, checking, and dispatching goods
Check and record all incoming and outgoing stocks with complete documents (DR, RR, PO, SI, etc.)
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of stocks for easy access and monitoring
Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) to maintain product freshness and accuracy
Monitor and update inventory records and report any discrepancies
Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile differences with system reports
Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting, Production, and Stores for stock replenishment and item releases
Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports, including stock-in, stock-out, and inventory balances
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety inside the warehouse
Monitor the condition of stocks, including handling damaged or expired items
Ensure all warehouse tools and equipment are properly used and maintained
Train and guide warehouse helpers to ensure accuracy and efficiency in their work
