Job descriptionFacilitate the end-to-end Temp Worker and Independent Contractor process.Ensure staffing agency readiness and candidate to support upcoming demandSupport Manufacturing temp resource conversions and ensure the coordinator has details needed to process offer and onboarding.Facilitate sourcing, interview, selection, invoicing processes for contingent workers in working with staffing agencies.Provide support to inquiries around the Contingent Workforce processes, policies, and issues.Provide weekly and ad-hoc reports as neededConduct training needed for Hiring Managers and Staffing Agencies.Work closely with coordinators to ensure interviews are conducted in a timely manner and details are provided to kick off onboarding of temp workers.Support contingent workforce SLAs & KPIs with the Staffing Agencies.
